Priscilla Slaughter

Director of Development and Patron Engagement


Priscilla Slaughter attended Knox College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics & Modern Languages. Priscilla has over 15 years of experience in development, fundraising events, and grant writing. Prior to working with the Peoria Symphony Orchestra, Priscilla sang as part of the chorus for the PSO’s performance of Mozart’s Così fan tutte. A member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Priscilla serves on the AFP Central Illinois Chapter Board of Directors. She is an active member of Sigma Alpha Iota, Pi Beta Phi, and Emerging Philanthropists as well as a sustaining member of the Junior League of Peoria. Priscilla was a 40 Leaders Under Forty award winner in 2018 for Greater Peoria.  In her spare time, she enjoys singing and triathlon training in addition to having adventures with her children, Lucinda and Joseph.
