EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ANTHONY MAROTTA SIGNS 5-YEAR PSO CONTRACT

Executive Director Anthony Marotta has signed a new 5-year contract with the Peoria Symphony Orchestra following a successful 3-year term.
In April 2022, Anthony was appointed Executive Director of the PSO. Since then, he has ushered in a period of growth and renewed energy for the organization. His tenure has been marked by significant increases in board engagement, outstanding fundraising success, and a rebound in ticket revenue to pre-pandemic levels.
Dave Cover, PSO’s Board President, states, “We are excited that Anthony Marotta, our Executive Director, has agreed to an extended five-year employment agreement with the PSO. Anthony is a gifted and integral part of the PSO’s achievements, and we are fortunate that he will guide us in our quest for unprecedented success.”
Music Director George Stelluto adds, “Happy to know that Anthony is renewing for an extended period of time! Good move on the part of the board! Congrats Anthony. Looking forward to more collaboration with someone who deeply cares about the PSO!”
