Take your Valentine’s Day to new heights with acrobatic violinist, Janice Martin, the Central Illinois Ballet, and the return of the PSO’s annual Romance After-Party! This year’s After-Party is a free event with a ticket purchase to Romance and will feature live music by the Nathan Taylor Band, food and drink, and lots of dancing.

Just as Richard Strauss was inspired by his father’s playing to start composing at age 19, this concert is the perfect concert to inspire new generations of classical music lovers. Oto Carrillo, horn, and Christine Lamprea, cello, will enchant us all evening long. Join us early for a free pre-concert lecture starting at 6:30 pm with Maestro George Stelluto as he gives us insight into what we will hear inside the concert hall that evening.

Help us celebrate the iconic Judy Garland’s 100th Birthday! Featuring Debbie Wileman as Judy who will sing some of Judy’s most iconic songs and songs she would sing if she were here with us today. Patrons are invited to dress up for the concert as Judy herself or as one of Judy’s iconic movie roles.
