In addition to our Haydn & Mozart concert that is airing on WTVP World 47.3 this Saturday, March 27 at 8:00 PM, the PSO is once again participating in a food drive to benefit the Peoria Area Food Bank on Saturday, March 27 10:00AM—2:00PM.

Join us for a drive-through drop-off of non-perishable food outside of the PSO Office at 101 State Street, Peoria (outside of the WTVP building). Click here for a PDF list of items needed.

PSO staff and volunteers will collect items from your vehicle. We ask that those dropping off food wear a mask.

Over the past twelve years, Orchestras Feeding America has seen over 370 orchestras from across the country collect and donate more than 530,000 pounds of food. The efforts of these orchestras have helped spread the word about how and why orchestras are so necessary to their communities, beyond providing amazing music.

The PSO has hosted food drives as part of Orchestras Feeding America in the last two years, collecting over 1000 pounds of food for the local area.
