New Horizons Festival 2024
Join us as we celebrate women in music all week long! The New Horizons Festival will feature five events during Resident Artist Week from March 11-16, 2024. Learn more about and engage in the discourse surrounding women in music, hear live music from incredible musicians Dr. Laura Colgate, Dr. Joy-Leilani Garbutt, and Michelle DeYoung, and attend the Peoria Symphony Orchestra’s New Horizons concert to conclude the week of musical celebration.
